Terms and Conditions for Kitchen Consultation

These terms and conditions apply to the complimentary half-day kitchen consultation provided by Sujuva Keittiö Oy, which restaurants receive as a benefit when signing a wholesale agreement through the Tukkuvertailu.fi service.

1. Eligibility Requirements and Partner Wholesalers

  • Limitation to partner wholesalers: The complimentary kitchen consultation is valid only when a new wholesale contract or account is opened with an official partner wholesaler through the Tukkuvertailu.fi service.
  • Official partner wholesalers (Updated August 24, 2026):
    • Meira Nova Oy
    • Baron’s Food Oy

2. Scope and Duration of the Consultation

  • Consultation package: The complimentary consultation covers half a day (max. 4 hours).
  • Content: The topic of the consultation is always agreed upon in advance with the restaurateur or head chef. Example themes include:
    • Reviewing and optimizing recipe and raw material margins
    • Streamlining kitchen processes and workflows
    • Waste management and tracking routines
    • Menu margin calculations based on the new wholesaler’s pricing

3. Delivery Method and Geographic Scope

  • On-site delivery: The consultation is conducted on-site at the restaurant free of charge when the location is within approximately a 1-hour travel time from Helsinki (e.g., the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Porvoo, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Lohja, Kirkkonummi).
  • Remote delivery: If the restaurant is located more than a 1-hour travel time from Helsinki, the consultation will be conducted remotely (e.g., via Microsoft Teams / Google Meet and document analysis).
  • Travel expense reimbursement: If a restaurant located further away requests an on-site consultation, it can be arranged by separate agreement, provided the restaurant reimburses the actual travel costs (mileage compensation and any additional travel time expenses).

4. Redemption and Validity

  • Validity of the benefit: The complimentary consultation must be claimed and completed within 6 months of signing the new wholesale contract or activating the wholesale account with one of our partner wholesalers.
  • Scheduling: The time of the consultation will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Any cancellations or postponements must be made at least 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment.

5. Limitation of Liability

The kitchen consultation is based on the professional insights and recommendations of an experienced culinary expert. Sujuva Keittiö Oy is not liable for the restaurant’s subsequent business decisions, sales performance, or realized profit margins, as the final operational responsibility in the daily kitchen workflow remains solely with the restaurant.
